AOL’s Walletpop reported that Clean Eating is one of the Top 10 mainstream trends for 2011.
As seen in People Magazine’s recent issue, Britney Spears reveals how she got that hot new body, “I eat really clean…” She admits to not dieting, which is temporary, but adopting this new lifestyle of eating clean to gear up for her upcoming tour which kicks off June 16th in Sacramento, California.

Cameron Diaz was quoted in US Weekly, “I need to eat every couple hours, so I’m just eating constantly, just to keep healthy,” she explained “I try to eat really clean. I eat lots of protein, whether it’s fish, chicken, or beef, or egg whites, and then brown rice or quinoa, and oatmeal and whole grain like that, and lots of greens.”
Ciara, the R&B singer, also told The Hollywood Gossip that she feels the sexiest when she is by herself, walking around nude. “I have this new obsession with nudity, it’s really weird” she disclosed. Adding “I workout 5 days a week and eat clean….”

Other Hollywood elite fans according to numerous media outlets includes: Jennifer Aniston, Nicole Kidman, Halle Berry, Angelina Jolie, Jessica Simpson, and many more.

1. Eat more! Eat six small meals each day, spaced two-and-a-half to three-hour intervals.
